We were given the responsibility of overseeing the creative direction and complete transformation of the online ecommerce platform for the digital branch of the organization.
Our objectives included revamping the entire ecommerce infrastructure to optimize integration with ERPs and omnichannel systems, along with devising a fresh brand strategy focused on enhancing marketing efforts and product-centric operations.
