We produce digital design artworks, visuals and creative assets that are sold online across different platforms and marketplaces (‘Vendor’), applied to different mediums and resulting in an array of final products. 

We do not produce or manufacture the physical item that you may purchase on these online markets, and are not responsible for the direct sale, production and shipment to you. Nonetheless, we endeavour to provide you with customer service, support and liaison with these third parties where needed. 

Depending on where you made your purchase, refunds and returns apply differently and in accordance to 1) the Vendor’s own policies and, 2) our policy contract with them.

Listed below are shipping and refund policies according to each Vendor:

Etsy

Through our Etsy Shop, we sell digital printables. Should there be any issue related to the file quality or mistakes on our part, we will endeavour to refund your purchase. 

Differently, due to the nature of digital artworks, the Etsy policy does not allow for refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations.

If you have any issues please message us directly via Etsy, quoting your reference number, and we will do our best to help you with your purchase.

What can a buyer open a case for? (from Etsy Help Centre)

Buyers can report a problem for any issues with an order. However, they can only open a case for these reasons:

  • A non-delivery case: the order didn’t arrive
  • A not-as-described case: the item(s) the buyer received weren’t what described in their Etsy listing(s)

Society6

Doroteo does not produce the items available for sale on the Society6 website and mobile platforms. Society6 custom makes everything for you as soon as you order — pairing your favorite designs from Doroteo with their best-in-class array of products.

Society6, and not Doroteo, is also in charge of payment processing and shipping. Return Policies apply in accordance to the general Customer Policies of Society6 accordingly.
